By using Playful Pause, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app is

Playful Pause is a parental tool that helps you set and enforce screen-time schedules and limits on devices you control for your own children. It is an aid to parenting, not a replacement for supervision.

2. Who can use it

You must be an adult and the parent, legal guardian, or authorized manager of any child's device you manage.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account and Parent PIN secure and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Playful Pause to monitor or restrict anyone other than your own minor children, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it unlawfully.

5. Important limitations

• Enforcement is best effort and depends on device settings, network conditions, OS updates, and platform behavior.
• Playful Pause is not a safety, content-monitoring, or supervision substitute.
• Apple per-app Screen Time data is processed on the device and is not provided to us.

6. Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in the full launch terms.
